Shoes have always been an obsession of mine, but as I get older, collecting gorgeous handbags are quickly becoming a past time.  In my younger years, I obsessed over super expensive and classic bags, like Chanel, Goyard, Hermes and Louis Vuitton bags.  These luxury leather goods are out of reach for right now because I don’t make enough to buy an Hermes Birkin, however, I’ve started noticing designers who are creating equally stunning handbags that are worthy of collecting.  One such designer is Katherine Kwei, who has been on my radar for a while. I saw her products being sold on Gilt Groupe and fell in love with her clutches.
While browsing through her website today, I came upon the Kayla Boston bag by Katherine Kwei that is now on my Wanted list. The cotton canvas bag has lambskin leather trim and metallic woven leather on the front that looks like a work of art. The navy bag is on my lust list but I can’t help but want to collect all five colors and patterns. Available for $480, the Kayla Boston bag is a fun alternative to the traditional Louis Vuitton Speedy 30, which looks to be about the same dimensions as the Kayla.
