I have been wondering why my butt has been sitting on my couch all day blogging without any exercise. Besides my not being able to workout because of my soccer injury, I can’t think of anything else I can do besides dance around the house or swimming to get in some exercise. When I was healthy and wise, I hit the gym at least five times a week, partly because I had to teach dance or Pilates classes. I didn’t really care what I put on. Usually it was my old college sweat pants, a Nike sports bra and my running shoes. I am a big advocate of being comfortable working out, especially if I am going to be busting my butt doing a bootcamp class.

If Stella McCartney, designer extraordinaire, took a look at my gym clothes, she would scream to the heavens in agony over a body wasting away in ‘ugly’ gym clothes. McCartney has been designing fashion forward active wear for fashionistas who want to look cute in the gym or playing sports. Her new collection for Adidas will be hitting stores this month and it makes me want to go to the gym or out hiking. McCartney’s Adidas collection boasts an array of exercise apparel for dancing, running, tennis, golf, and winter sports. Last year I bought a shirt from McCartney’s Adidas line to wear for my dance classes. As fashionable as the exercise clothes are, she doesn’t skimp on comfort. Each apparel is made with the latest technology for repelling sweat and keeping you comfortable during the entire duration of your workout. If you have a little extra cash to spare, I highly recommend buying Stella McCartney’s exercise apparel for Adidas. Sometimes looking cute can be a good motivator to hitting the gym.
