On Thursday, April 10, don’t miss the 26th Annual Smithsonian Craft Show. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. the National Building Museum will be packed with 120 artists selling their latest work, including basketry, ceramics, furniture, jewelry and more! Admission at the door is $15.

If you enjoy the show, there are more chances to get your craft on during a reception for young professionals on Friday, April 11. There will be drinks and hors d’oeuvres served, and you can plan on picking up some tips on starting your own craft collection from Jane Milosch, curator at the James Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution.
