Yes! You read it right. These expensive beauties are definitely an investment and though not practical to wear everyday, they are statement making.
If you are like me, that $2,000 could probably go to student loans, rent, savings or that fabulous vacation during the dead of winter. So while perusing the Target website for storage containers, I stumbled upon Dalmatian print boots by Xhiliration for Target. This pair, currently on sale for $12.24, looks very similar to the Alaia lace-up boots, except you can buy 160 pairs of the Xhiliration boots with that money you would spend on the Alaia boots. Sure the quality might not be up to par but for a fashion statement, I would totally buy the cheaper pair. Wait, I already did.
