The wait for the January Jones photos for Versace is over. Women’s Wear Daily released the first photo with the Mad Men actress wearing nothing else but Versace sandals and a bag strategically placed to cover her naked body. The black and white photos were shot by Mario Testino, who is having the best year ever in my book.
Don’t expect to see any clothes in the advertising campaign. January is staring in the advertising campaign for Versace accessories, including handbags, shoes, sunglasses and eyeglasses.
“I am always on the lookout for the next Versace blonde…and in January I feel I have found a perfect Versace woman for the twenty-first century. She is chic and elegant but deeply sensual too – it is a ‘dramatic’ combination,” said Donatella Versace.
January has a special relationship with Versace, often opting for the Italian label’s clothes and accessories for high profile red carpet events.
