A man’s sartorial choices speaks volumes about the way he carries himself, which is why we advocate always putting your best foot forward by choosing the perfect fitting clothes and or stopping by a men’s boutique to ask questions about how to wear a look if you need help.  I stand by my statement that the one thing every guy needs in his closet is a well-tailored suit.  Speaking of suits, USA Networks’ hit law series Suits, has collaborated with MR PORTER, Net-a-Porter’s men’s online shopping destination on a well curated collection of men’s clothing, shoes, accessories and beauty products just in time to fete the show’s second season return.

The Suits & Style Gallery launched today with a pop-up shop in the heart of the Meatpacking District (72 Gansevoort) with a Blogger’s Brunch, which gave online editors the chance to preview the collection before opening to the public.  Using the show’s main characters, Harvey Specter and Mike Ross, as the style inspirations, the gallery features suits and separates from Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Lock & Co. Hatters, Richard James, Uniform Wares, Oliver Peoples, Cutler and Gross, Bresciani, Smythson, Cire Trudon, Lanvin, Charvet, Drake’s and Turnbull & Asser.  There is also an exclusive collection of men’s beauty products from Aesop called The Dapper Gentleman Kit available to keep dad, brothers and boyfriends looking good from head to toe.

The SUITS & STYLE Gallery is open from 12pm until 9pm starting today, Monday until Sunday, June 17th, which is just in time for Father’s Day. So why should you make a pit-stop at the pop-up shop? For starters, there is a swanky lounge with complimentary grooming services from Aesop, refreshments, shoe shine from the most dapper this side of the Mason Dixon line, as well as exclusive previews of the upcoming season of Suits.

Just be on the lookout for the really cute (OK so talking to the ladies here) Army of Suitors riding their bikes throughout Manhattan passing out the MR PORTER POST, a special daily newspaper just for the week.

The SUITS & STYLE Gallery also has an interactive technology and entertainment component.  MR PORTER has partnered with Microsoft to create an interactive shopping experience using the Microsoft Surface, a cutting edge computer that allows the user to create a look using special style cards that you can send to friends and family or buy right on the spot. It’s like having an interactive Ken Doll you can dress and style.
