In honor of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, CRUMBS Bake Shop is introducing the Cherry Blossom cupcake which features delectable vanilla cake, filled with cherry preserves, frosted with decadent vanilla cherry cream cheese and garnished with a cherry.
The cupcakery will donate 15% of proceeds from sales to the Red Cross for Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Funds on behalf of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Those in DC can sink their teeth into the delicious morsels at the Union Station, Clarendon and F Street Crumbs locations for $3.75. Everyone else can get them online.
