Nothing makes me feel better than a great fitting gown, which is why I was so happy to rock a frock on Saturday for the Essa trunk show. My readers on Facebook or Twitter will attest to being bombarded with invitations and status updates for a trunk show this past Saturday at Ted Gibson Salon & Hela Spa in Friendship Heights to introduce Dubai fashion visionary Essa to Washington.
Under the fabulous patronage of fashionista-in-charge Micky Farivar, Blonde Charity Mafia's Krista Johnson and Katherine Kennedy, Nadine Namoff (pictured left), Angela Steever-Diba, GI Jess's Jessica Andrews and other fabulous gals donned the luxuriously hand-dyed silk dresses for the fashion show/trunk show. We took turns walking the pink carpet to the oohs and ahhs of guests who were salivating over the vibrant and flowy dresses by the Dubai designer, Essa.
