Marc Jacobs just unveiled the advertising campaign for his newest fragrance, Dot, staring Australian actress Codie Young.  Dot, launching in July, is “charming, spirited and energetic and driven by a fanciful red bottle,” says Women’s Wear Daily.  So what will this youthful fragrance in the fancy lady bug and butterfly flacon smell like? Coconut water and dragon fruit to be exact.

“A dot is timeless and a pattern I always love, and round shapes are always beautiful. I liked the idea of these hybrid butterfly-ladybugs, which suggest a sort of free spirit and femininity and playfulness. And, of course, ladybugs mean good luck,” said Marc Jacobs to WWD.

Dot comes in three eaux de parfum sizes — 1 oz. for $48, 1.7 oz. for $69 and 3.4 oz. for $89 — as well as a 5-oz. body lotion, $45, and a 5-oz. shower gel, $40.  The perfume will be available in over 3,300 stores nationwide and in the UK as well.
