Couture milliner Albertus Swanepoel comes to Target with fourteen hats affordably priced at $19.99. The collection of fedoras, cloches, faux fur winter hats and more launched last night on Target.com and in Target stores. The New York based Swanepoel has worked with fashion houses to create toppers to compliment their collections, including Alexander Wang, Suno, Stetson, Carolina Herrera and Narciso Rodriguez. His collection sells at Barneys and more than $300 but you can nab his Target collection for a fraction of that price. Get these proper toppers before they sell out.
