Sarah Jessica Parker showed off her sartorial style last night at the premiere of her new movie I Don’t Know How She Does It wearing a stunning strapless gown and matching cape from designer Giambattista Valli’s first couture collection and the taupe Alex Lion Paw pumps from the Christian Louboutin Autumn 2011 collection. We gushed over SJP’s gown, which channeled former First Lady Jacqueline Onasis Kennedy but then we saw her feet and had to take a step back.
Yes she got all cheeky on us with cat claws on her feet. This look was definitely a Carrie Bradshaw moment for her but the effort is definitely appreciated. Only eight of the Christian Louboutin Alex Lion Paw Pumps were made available in the United States. With the price tag of $4,995, the least Louboutin could do was add some bling to the heel by way of Swarovski. The gown covered up the shoes for the most part, but we couldn’t help but think SJP could have switched shoes for this ultra glamorous gown. One this is for sure thought, SJP and her stylist sure know how to have fun with fashion.
