There is nothing Marc Jacobs can’t do. The designer opened the doors to his first bookstore in New York City last week.  The Bleecker Street located bookstore, named Bookmarc (very catchy), isn’t your average run of the mill book shop.  Alongside books, Bookmarc will also sell art, photography books and vinyl records.
Marc Jacobs aficionados can also snag eponymous notebooks, pencils and CDs at Bookmarc.  This is the designer’s first sixth shop to open up in the West Village area.  We’ll be stopping by to buy a few souvenirs during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.  This venture is a collaboration between Marc Jacobs and his business partner Robert Duffy, who tweeted a picture of the bookstore last week.
