Frida Giannini's collection for Gucci is vibrant and chic. The Gucci Cruise Collection has an urban-military vibe interlaced with such glamorous appeal. Giannini uses a lot of stripes paired with iconic belts and chains, while also focusing on a deep bronzed, very basic color palette of grays, blacks, browns, and whites. It's very 'hello seventies' but also extremely simplistic with a theme of less-is-more. This collection is very different and trendy but also remains subtle in its presentation. Regardless, the clothing itself is so sophisticated and fashion forward that it is completely irresistible.
